Ingredients: Organic burdock root (Bulgaria), organic dandelion root (Albania), organic red clover blossoms and leaves (USA), & organic elderberries (Bulgaria). *contains red clover which is possibly unsafe while pregnant. 

directions: 1 tablespoon per 1 cup water for tea, drink 2-3 cups a day, can be used daily
