Hi, I’m Sabrina! I have a degree in Health Science and fell in love with holistic health after it saved my life!

I spent years struggling in and out of doctor’s appointments and even the hospital a few times, test after test with no answers, living with chronic pain, full body inflammation, extreme digestive issues, headaches, acne, sensitive  skin, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, panic attacks, dizziness, blood pressure issues, heart palpitations, food sensitivities, and so many other symptoms.

 I finally found the answer to my problems by addressing root causes, utilizing detox work, using healing herbs, healing foods and a healthy lifestyle to heal myself!
