Shipping Time: Allow 1-4 days for processing before shipping.

Shipping Days: Orders go out Monday-Friday

Refunds/Returns: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Package must be sent back to us unopened and unused to be eligible for refund. Refunds will only be issued back to customer when we receive the package back to us in the mail unopened. To start a return, you can summit a form via the "Order Cancelation/Return Form" button in the main menu or contact us at info@honeybunnyherbshop.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, If your delivery fails, but is being returned to sender please reach out and as soon as package is sent back to us we can issue refund and you can place a new order.
